As part of the planning application service we act as agent and advocate and deal with all enquiries regarding your application. If any serious or in-depth queries arise such as with boundary disputes or rights of access, we can complete the additional investigations for you (additional fees might apply).

Since 1st October 2008 the general permitted development order (GPDO 2008) regulations have changed allowing the homeowner to do more without planning permission.
