A full set of plans, elevations, and sections come as standard with our service (planning and building control approval) and if you so require, we have the capability to produce photo-realistic 3D rendered images with live-section cutouts and animated walk-throughs (additional fees may apply). And since we do our work on computer we are happy to provide you with a number of design options and alter drawings at any stage during the service without any additional fees.
